Appeal to potential authors

Dear Authors!

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that over the past six months, the percentage of rejected submissions was 43%, 36% of which were rejected outright for technical reasons due to non-compliance with the Author Guidelines. Following rejection, authors engage in correspondence with the editors, citing previous experience, their personal inexperience, and the complexity of the requirements.

Authors in our journal enjoy the privilege of free publication, but they are required to strictly adhere to our requirements, which are clearly and thoroughly outlined in the Guidelines. 57% of authors successfully complete their submissions, demonstrating basic thoroughness and respect for the editors. We express our sincere gratitude to them for their cooperation.

We emphasize once again that failure to comply with the Guidelines, which all authors must carefully review and complete from start to finish before submitting their submissions, will always result in rejection of their submissions. The editorial board does not provide any consultations on this matter and does not enter into correspondence with the authors.
