Technological digital platforms for the safe operation of capital construction projects

Abstract

The article presents a description of the problem of automating the processes of operation of buildings and structures using information modeling technologies (BIM technologies). A number of digital technological platforms for the operation of capital construction projects are considered, including for solving the problem of monitoring the technical condition of buildings and structures.
