Abstract

The purpose of the article is to accelerate the holding of meetings, including strategic ones, on the development of sectors and industries of the economy, regions, corporations, public organizations, etc. by promptly recognizing the activity and emotional behaviour of participants in meetings. In real practice, such a meeting with the achievement of agreement between the participants on the goals and ways of action can take from 4-5 hours to 2-3 days. However, sometimes this interval should be reduced to 1-2 hours, especially in an extreme situation. The result of the accelerated meeting may be a draft document on strategic development. The article presents an overview of approaches to emotion recognition using machine learning methods in the context of collective decision-making. The result of the development of a system for diagnosing the activity of meeting participants in the process of virtual cooperation in real-time is shown, and the direction for further connection of emotion recognition tools to this process is shown.
