Abstract

The development of digital sociocultural ecosystems is crucial in increasing the attractiveness and effectiveness of the sociocultural sphere. One of the main tasks in developing such ecosystems is establishing a methodological foundation, including principles for construction and functioning, architecture models, and interaction procedures for implementing digital technologies into the business processes of participants. This article identifies potential participants in sociocultural ecosystems, their roles, and potential effects on the ecosystem, as well as characterizing the technological environment. These findings will be beneficial for government agencies interested in implementing sociocultural projects and for researchers studying ecosystems in different areas of the economy and society.
