Abstract

Abstract
It is of undoubted interest for organizations to understand the impact that certain areas of digital transformation have on e-commerce. Based on correlation and regression analysis, digital solutions were identified that have the most significant impact on the growth of the share of e-commerce. These are primarily indicators of digital development related to the use of the Intranet computer network and broadband Internet. In addition, the use of integration of internal information processes using ERP systems and CRM systems, as well as external integration through SCM systems in organizations demonstrate a high and very high close relationship with the indicator of e-commerce among the population and organizations. Regional unevenness in the share of the population and organizations participating in online commerce has been revealed. The materials can be used when choosing priority areas for digitalization of organizations for the effective development of e-commerce.
