Abstract

The issue of fair pricing in the oil and gas complex plays a significant role in the formation of a strategic decision for all participants in the industry market. And although today non-price factors of competition are also becoming of great importance, nevertheless, the price retains its positions and continues to significantly affect both the company's market share and its financial results. That is why successful competition requires a competently economically justified pricing policy, which directly depends on the chosen pricing method, which should take into account both the peculiarities of the industry and the features of the products produced. Due to the influence of many factors on the price, reasonable pricing is one of the most complex processes that require a balanced decision of the manufacturer. The relevance of this study is determined by the need to develop a methodology for reasonable pricing not only for the final products of oil and gas production, but also for the implementation of a program for a comprehensive calculation of cost elements and the final price of innovative technological solutions in oil and gas production. In addition, the methodology proposed as part of the study should allow both the main executors of oil and gas programs and the participants in these projects to implement a transparent monitoring system for the reasonableness of pricing of technological and commercial profiles.
