Legal regulation of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in agriculture

Abstract

This study aims to identify the main problems in the legal regulation of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (hereinafter referred to as UAVs) and the information obtained with their help in agriculture. It also includes the development of theoretical and practical recommendations for amending the legislation in order to ensure a balance between the safety and efficiency of using UAVs in the information society. In the course of the work, it was revealed that the current system of legal regulation of the use of UAVs suffers from terminological inconsistencies. Legal obstacles to the use of airspace and UAV flights for the purpose of conducting aerial work were critically analyzed. It was revealed that some provisions of regulatory acts contradict each other, and there are no mechanisms for the implementation and control of compliance with established standards.
