Abstract

Institutional regulation can lead to the emergence of open, horizontally integrated digital ecosystems in Russia. The Russian market is characterized by a high degree of monopolization of the logistics infrastructure by universal marketplaces Wildberries and OZON. The problem is the insufficiency of state regulation, which ensures equal competitive opportunities for all market participants. As an alternative to the dominance of universal digital platforms, specialization of digital ecosystems by functional features is proposed.
