Abstract

The article examines the impact of digital transformation on China’s foreign policy. The study focuses on the integration of technologies into diplomatic practices, the implementation of the "Digital Silk Road" initiative, and the safeguarding of national cybersecurity. It explores the use of digital tools to expand international influence and shape new models of interaction. The relevance of the research stems from the growing role of digitalization in international relations and the insufficiently studied processes of transformation in China’s foreign policy. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of China’s strategies in the context of global technological competition.
