Abstract

The development of modern society is characterized by a significant impact of information technologies on all aspects of human life, including basic constitutional rights and freedoms. The article deals with the current issues of ensuring rights and freedoms in the digital world. Key trends of the impact of digital world on personal and political rights are highlighted.
