Abstract

The article considers the features and factors of transformation of the global payment infrastructure in modern conditions. The authors identify the following main factors of transformation of the global payment infrastructure: development of financial technologies, transformation of the global monetary and financial system, as well as the geopolitical crisis. The information function of the global payment infrastructure is also undergoing a significant transformation in the context of sanctions and restrictions.
