Abstract

The article focuses on the methodology of Social Network Analysis (SNA) and its application in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management. As a result of the bibliometric analysis most relevant sources were summarized. The article describes examples of SNA applications in various professional fields, which are of particular interest to practitioners.
