Abstract

The relevance of this study is related to the fact that in the context of digital technologies, ethnocultural diversity increases, especially in regions where the risk of survival of small peoples remains, since digitalization, on the one hand, provides new opportunities for preserving cultural heritage, developing education and economic activity, causing factors, and on the other hand, causes serious socio-cultural risks, such as changing conditions, traditional practices and cultural heritage. As a result, digitalization trends were identified in such regions, as well as such major socio-cultural risks as the globalization of cultural norms, digital assimilation, the introduction of cultural meanings at the risk of their digitalization, technological trends and the loss of traditional skills, as well as the risk of alienation of diversity.
