Editorial article dedicated to the anniversary of Konstantin Kolin, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, a famous scientist in the field of philosophical problems of science and education, development of informatics and creation of complex automated control systems, author of more than 700 printed scientific works, 20 monographs, a number of new curricula and manuals for universities, having extensive experience in scientific work in the military-industrial complex of the USSR and in the Russian Academy of Sciences.
