Abstract

A review of domestic publications on the topic of studying this type of information as news of science and technology is offered. Particular attention is paid to research that uses scientometric methods for analyzing the document flow of scientific news. It was concluded that a system of scientific views on the problem of popularization of science in the modern media space is currently being formed, and the development of this kind of research is also connected with the emergence of information and analytical media monitoring systems.
