Abstract

The article considers the urgent task of managing the effectiveness of sports team members in conditions of uncertainty and complex interconnectedness of individual and collective results. The paper presents the development of a digital model based on the weighted ratio method, which makes it possible to calculate objective individual ratings of athletes in team sports. The model takes into account both the attacking and defensive contributions of the player, provides high computational efficiency and allows you to rank athletes according to their real impact on the outcome of matches. The results of the research can be used in sports management and analytics systems to increase transparency, objectivity and validity of managerial actions within the organizational systems of sports teams.
