Abstract

Achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation is associated with improving the quality of strategic planning in the context of digital transformation. An integrated approach to strategy development involves the use of a set of complementary methods and technologies: SWOT, SPACE, GAP, SOM analysis, strategic choice matrices, etc. The article discusses an approach to interpreting the results of a SWOT analysis of a management facility and choosing strategic alternatives for its development. The formation of strategic alternatives using artificial intelligence, the use of technologies for coordinating expert positions using cognitive programming and modeling at various stages of strategy development should help optimize strategic planning. The use of the full range of digital technologies (cloud technologies, big data analytics, artificial intelligence) in strategy development actualizes the problem of assessing whether developers (strategists) have a sufficiently high level of cognitive abilities and developed critical thinking.
