Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the institutional contradictions that arise in the process of digital transformation of military education in Russia. Based on the institutional-logical approach, the author considers digital transformation as a fundamental sociotechnical process that requires the adaptation of culture, values, and management principles to the digital era. The barriers to digital transformation of military education are viewed as a mismatch between the normative and value foundations of military service and digital development. The study identifies three key contradictions between military and digital institutional logic: between the principles of secrecy and openness, hierarchy and flexibility, and collectivism and individualism.
