Financing sectoral digital development

Abstract

A conceptual framework and indicators have been developed for monitoring the financing of sectoral digital development as a factor in the use of digital technologies to transform spheres of activity. The conceptual framework for monitoring identifies three main components: (1) financing of sectoral digital development, (2) financing of digital jobs, (3) financing as a factor in digital development. A pilot calculation of indicators for Russia for 2022 was made, as well as an integral indicator for 8 spheres of activity, a sectoral rating was built based on the integral indicator of financing of digital development.
