Production of domestic digital products for sectoral digital development

Abstract

The paper presents a conceptual framework, and a system of indicators designed to monitor and evaluate the current state and development potential of domestic digital products manufacturing for sectoral transformation. The framework incorporates metrics that assess the scale, competitiveness, and growth potential of manufacturing processes. The indicators are categorized into two groups, enabling evaluation of both specialized and universal digital product manufacturing. A methodology for computing an integral index is proposed to allow comparative analysis across different sectors. Furthermore, the study provides results from a pilot ranking of domestic digital product manufacturing for sectoral transformation, utilizing available statistical data.
