Abstract

A conceptual framework and a system of indicators for monitoring and evaluation digital technology penetration in various sectors are presented. The framework includes indicators assessing digital adoption for internal organizational processes and external counterparty engagement. A method for computing a composite index to enable comparative evaluation across different sectors is proposed. The findings from a pilot application of the methodology, featuring calculated indicators and indices for 2022, are provided.
