Abstract

Using a Eurostat methodology adapted to the specifics of federal statistical observation, an assessment and comparative analysis were carried out of the level of digital skills among employees in various sectors and the employed population of Russia. To study digital skills, a combined microdata set was created based on the 2024 Labour Force Survey and the Population Survey on the Use of Digital Technologies (these surveys are conducted jointly, but Rosstat publishes the results separately). All obtained indicators are examined in comparison with the corresponding indicators of EU countries, Turkey, and several non‑EU European countries.
