Abstract

This article examines the impact of digital transformations on the transformation of interactions between government, universities, and business through the lens of ecosystem approach. The authors conduct a theoretical analysis of two conceptual models of the business ecosystem—the ecosystem-as-affiliation and the ecosystem-as-structure - emphasizing the advantages of the latter for analyzing university-business-government cooperation.
