Abstract

The article provides a brief analysis of the main trends related to digitalization in the economic, political and public spheres. Strategic documents determining development of these processes in Russia are defined. Trends of implementing the e-government concept and use of Internet communications in the activities of political parties, public politicians and civil society institutions are studied.
