Safety of port facilities: technological and economic aspects

Abstract

This article examines the concept of an integrated security monitoring system for port infrastructure facilities, integrating various sensor components. These elements are designed to record the technical parameters of monitored structures, register vertical and horizontal deformations of hydraulic structures, and a number of other critical indicators. Sensor data is analyzed using specialized digital solutions aimed at generating predictive data for the implementation of preventive measures to maintain port complex security. A cost-effectiveness calculation for an integrated security system for port facilities is presented.
