Abstract

Culture as a cumulative expression of the historical experience of civilizational development in its material and spiritual forms, reflecting the traditional value system, is a key element in the introduction of the human dimension into the mechanism for constructing a global cognitive continuum. The potential of culture, existing as a priori cultural category at the level of archetypes of the collective unconscious, included in information processes, ensures the unity of assessments and the consistency of the approaches of different countries in the choice of goals, ways and means of civilizational development.
