Abstract

The article reveals and examines four groups of factors forming limits of governmental regulation of social relationships. These limits include uniformity of regulated relationships; perceptibility of rules established by such regulation; territorial borders; private life. Denial of such limits by the widely spread doctrine of positivism causes serious problems in regulation of digital economy in Russia. The article contains recommendations on how to overcome the emerging problems by keeping the balance of interests of the parties involved.
