Abstract

Using the example of modern legislative initiatives, the issues of forming a system of mandatory requirements addressed to subjects of relations in the field of creating and using artificial intelligence systems and technologies are analyzed. A brief comparative analysis of Russian initiatives is given and the author's content of the draft law "On the basics of state regulation of the application of artificial intelligence technologies in the Russian Federation" is presented.
