Abstract

The article analyzes the evolution of the global blogosphere as a special information and communication space that provides new social opportunities and prospects. It is argued that the world blogosphere is evolving as a new public sphere, a special form of personalized journalism and business, a platform for discussion of topical social, political and economic problems. At the same time, the major part of the blogosphere in Russia is focused on another directionб namely as a platform of self-presentation and expression, focused on the young audience.
