Abstract

This article discusses the approaches to the justification of intellectual property rights contained in the classical philosophical heritage. They become of particular relevance in connection with the development of modern information technology. Issues of ownership ontology by John Locke, the status of the book in metaphysics of Immanuel Kant, the doctrine of Johann Fichte on the form as an intangible object property.
