All-Russia Census: Modern Methods of Information Collection and Processing

Abstract

The article examines the key objectives of All-Russia population census based on the use of new information and communication technologies with the application of mobile devices and the Internet, as well as the expert system for selection of methods for collecting and processing information in the course of All-Russia population census, taking into account the geographical and socio-economic features of the regions.
