Abstract

The article considers issues of storage and right to access digital cultural heritage in the online environment. The author notes importance of global experience and transnational partnership in what refers to using digital cultural heritage. The role of legislative support, importance of unification of national and international standards in enhancing availability of digital cultural heritage is emphasized.
