News aggregators in the system of old and new media

Abstract

The development of  information technologies brought with it new communication platforms based on the active role of users and their cooperation. In this new media system, news aggregators appeared that led to the emergence of a new way of distributing information content through the network. A comprehensive study of the problem field associated with the work of aggregators was carried out using critical thinking methods. For semantic positioning of this phenomenon, the article proposes to use the concept of “information redistribution nodes”.
