Abstract

The purpose of the article is to justify the need to distinguish between the concept of human capital and the human component of intellectual capital. Human intellectual capital includes only those human resources that are associated with transformation of the organization, its innovative development. It is shown that the market capital of an organization indicates its past successes, structural capital shows achievements in the present, and human intellectual capital demonstrates how the organization is ready for transformation in the conditions of digital development of the economy and society.
