Abstract

An approach to the analysis of Russia’s scientific background in the field of digital economy cross-cutting technologies is proposed in this work. The approach has been tested by example of cross-cutting technologies applied to priority sectors of the economy and subject areas, which are determined by the program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation”. A significant difference between Russia and the rest of the world has been revealed in the structure and quantity of scientific achievements. A detailed analysis of the publication activity in the subject area “neurotechnology and artificial intelligence” was carried out, conclusions were made regarding further research directions.
