Abstract

One of the consequences and components of the global society digital transformation is the emergence of new cognition methods of the world based on ICTs. Economic scientists are increasingly using at various stages of research and in diverse branches of economic knowledge alternate sources of information, taking the form of big data, and new ways of examination, based on machine learning tools, including artificial neural networks. As shown by the bibliometric analysis, the number of scientific articles related to these innovations increases every year, which gives grounds to assert (or may indicate) the emergence of new promising trends in economic science.
