Development of electronic justice of magistrates in the Republic of Mordovia

Abstract

The article describes the functions and capabilities of the automated information system "Organization of court records of a magistrate" – information and technological basis of electronic justice of magistrates in the Republic of Mordovia. The article considers the results of the system's development in recent years as an e-justice platform – the transition to a centralized three-link architecture, the implementation of electronic interaction with the information system of the Federal bailiff service, and the creation of a personal account of a citizen on the portal of magistrates, which allows you to submit applications to the magistrate's court in electronic form.
