Mechanisms for identification of legal barriers digitalization of public administration

Digitalization of public administration is recognized as a necessary direction of the country's digital development. It is also recognized that it is impossible without timely identification and elimination of the legal restrictions of its implementation. The article considers and evaluates the possibilities of using existing norm-setting and managerial approaches and mechanisms to identify and eliminate legal restrictions to solve this problem. Recommendations on the development of mechanisms for solving this problem are proposed. The article was written on the basis of the RANEPA state assignment research program.
