Legal regimes of information in the Internet

Abstract

The article discusses the features of the circulation of open information, publicly available information and prohibited information in the Internet from the position of regime regulation. Were analyzed the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On information, informatization and protection of information” about the basis of legal regimes of publicly available information and information of limited access. Were considered the differences between open information and publicly available information. Were revealed the features of the legal regime of prohibited information in the Internet. Also, the considered norms were compared with their counterparts in the Russian legislation on information.
