Perfectionism as type of social behavior in digital communication

Abstract

Digital environment is characterized by indirect communication which conceals individual personality; however, it allows identifying certain characteristics of labor activity on the basis of such indicators as successful business functioning, positive outcomes and goal achievement. Negative perfectionism is associated with avoiding problem solving owing to physical and mental disorders and social isolation. The paper contains traces of nonproductive type of perfectionism and remedial actions in digital communication.
