The use of artificial intelligence in public administration

Abstract

In modern society artificial intelligence (AI) technology opens incredible opportunities for rapid growth, although it also provides significant risks, especially when it comes to the use of AI in public administration. The article presents the advantages of the using artificial intelligence in the public sector, highlights the key guidelines of AI using, and outlines the framework of the legal regulation in the context of AI using in public administration. The potential risks associated with AI using are highlighted particularly. The article was written on the basis of the RANEPA state assignment research program.
