Abstract

The article presents a framework and a set of indicators developed to monitor human capital as a factor affecting the production, use and impact of big data storage and analysis technologies. The framework includes indicators characterizing both the available human capital for working with big data and its production systems. Methods of measuring human capital monitoring indicators are proposed and the results of measuring available indicators are presented.
