Abstract

A framework and a set of indicators developed for monitoring public policy and regulation in the field of big data as a factor influencing the development, production, and use of big data technologies are presented. The framework includes indicators characterizing strategic planning, legal and technical regulation, self-regulation and regulation of processes to ensure trust and security in working with big data. Methods for measuring indicators for monitoring public policy and regulating work with big data are proposed, and the results of measuring available indicators are presented.
