Abstract

The article reveals the essence of robotics from the perspective of both legal and technological approaches.
It is noted that the approaches in both analyzed areas are extremely broad and cover both theoretical
and practical aspects. This is due to the fact that robotics today is in the field of interests of both theorists who seek to provide a scientific basis for dynamically changing relations in the field of cyberphysical systems and artificial intelligence, and practitioners who attempt to implement scientific achievements in this field in various sectors of the digital economy.
