On the role of Artificial Intelligence in the formation of a new digital order

Abstract

Artificial intelligence comes to society as a tool that allows us to effectively assimilate the increasingly complex information flows that multiply information uncertainty in order to lay down new technologies for organizing and managing social processes in the face of growing uncertainty. Its arrival constitutes the second stage in the development of a new digital order of society, the beginning of which was laid by the formation of the network communicative cyberspace. It has been suggested that if the first stage in the development of the digital order is the expansion of the cyberspace network in the implementation of the “Undeniable” (N. Luhmann), then the second stage involves the use of artificial intelligence technologies, designed, among other things, to streamline and regulate the further expansion of cyberspace, exposing traditional forms of social life to “involutions”.
