Abstract

The paper presents estimates of the industry level of investment in digital eco-technologies using a specially developed Eco-Investment Index, and also explores the trends in the current (2021) and planned (for 2022) use of digital technologies in certain areas of improving environmental and resource efficiency at Russian industrial enterprises. According to the results, in 2021, the oil, gas and chemical industries were the industry leaders in investments in digital eco-technologies, and digital technologies were used primarily to improve energy efficiency, waste management, and improve the efficiency of the use of water and raw materials.
