Digitalization of the procurement system of the enterprise on the basis of the procurement cycle framework

Abstract

The work is devoted to the problems of digitalization of the procurement system. An analysis of conceptual approaches to the description of procurement processes is presented and digital technologies used to support procurement processes within the framework of the concept of strategic sourcing are considered. A conceptual model of a closed procurement cycle is proposed with emphasis on the implementation of the concept of strategic sourcing, on the formation of full-featured solutions and on the development of collaboration with suppliers. The proposed model can be used as a conceptual framework in the projects of digitalization of the procurement system and the formation of full-featured digital solutions in the field of procurement.
