Development of information and communication competencies of future economists in the conditions of electronic and blended learning

Abstract

The article proposes, substantiates and tests a methodology for the development of ICT competence by means of electronic and blended learning. The method of transferring educational activities to a digital environment is described. During the experiment, the effectiveness of the technique was confirmed. The author comes to the conclusion that the use of digital tools and e-learning in the process of teaching information technologies ensures the development of motivation to study information technologies, and the process of developing ICT competencies is being improved in terms of using the potential of digital tools and e-learning.
