Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the legal nature of smart contracts and their most effective application in legal relations. The existing legislative reflection of this phenomenon does not fully meet its functionality, which limits the scope of application and judicial protection. As a result of the study of the positions of various authors, it can be noted that there is a fragmentary legislative consolidation and the need to develop experience in integration into compliance systems.
