Comparative analysis of digital twin of regions

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze successful cases of building digital twins to determine the performance parameters. The scientific novelty consists in substantiating the expediency of building digital twins in Russia. The article describes the theoretical aspects of digital twins. An analysis of the digital twin of Singapore and projects in Orlando, New York and from Rusatom Infrastructure Solutions JSC was carried out. Based on the analysis, the components of digital twins are correlated with the components that include a full digital twin, and the social and economic effects that appear on the territory where the digital twin is implemented are indicated.
